Converse Return Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase from Converse.com, we’re here to help. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the ship date.
Products must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging attached in order to be accepted for a return or exchange.
Consumers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred when returning an item back to Converse. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not accept CODs (cash on delivery) for returned merchandise. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for us to process your refund/exchange.
Does Converse Accept Returns Without a Receipt?
If you need to make a return, you have two options: through the mail or at a store. If you choose to go the store route, all you need is your credit card and photo ID—no receipt necessary! However, if you’re returning by mail, things are a little different.
You can return items by mail within 60 days of the date of purchase, as long as you have the original packing slip or invoice. If it’s been more than 60 days, or if you don’t have the original paperwork, you’ll need to reach out to Converse customer service for further assistance. Note that all items must be in “like new” condition—meaning they can’t be worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

In order to receive a refund for your returned Converse product, you must return the item within 45 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Can I return an online purchase to the Converse store?

How to return a Converse item?
