How Long Do I have to Return an Item to Aeropostale?

Second, the store credit will be for the lowest selling price of the item within the past 45 days. And finally, you can only make 3 no-receipt returns within a 12-month period.
Does Aeropostale offer full refunds?
They do not typically offer full refunds for most items. If an item you purchased is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. How To Return Items to Aeropostale by Mail?
To return an item by mail, please follow the steps below:
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return in a box. Include your packing slip or order confirmation email. If you no longer have your packing slip or order confirmation email, please include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number, and the reason for the return.
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box (if applicable). If you are returning an item from APO/FPO or PO Box addresses, international locations, or places where UPS does not deliver (including certain remote locations), please contact us for instructions on returning your order. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for these returns and you will be responsible for covering shipping costs.
