For purchases made online, by phone, or in stores, you have the option to return your merchandise by mail or to any Carter’s retail store. For purchases made at Carter’s retail store, you must return merchandise to Carter’s store.
Rentals from our BabyGear + Rentals locations are not eligible for refunds and must be returned to the BabyGear + Rental location that was originally rented.

We do not accept returns of final sale items ending in .99 (e.g., clearance and doorbusters).

Once we receive your return package, please allow 4-6 business weeks for us to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed.
