How to return a Backcountry item?
To start a return, pack up your item(s) to be returned along with the original packing slip and any free gifts that were included in your order. If you don’t have your packing slip, include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
If you’re returning items because they didn’t fit or weren’t what you wanted, we’ll send you a gift card for the return shipping cost (as long as it’s under $100).
