What is Farfetch’s Return Policy?
We hope you’ll love every Farfetch purchase, but if you ever need to return something, we’re here to help. All you have to do is let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a free pick-up. Easy!

How Long Do I have to Return an Item to Farfetch?

Does Farfetch Accept Returns Without a Receipt?
You can return items to Farfetch without a receipt, but you may not receive a full refund. If you do not have a receipt, Farfetch will try to process your return by looking up your order in their system. If they are able to find your order, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping and handling).
If they are unable to find your order, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping and handling).
Does Farfetch offer full refunds?
We offer full refunds on all items, provided they are returned within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and are in their original, unused condition with all garment tags still attached. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Can I return an Item to Farfetch without the box or original package?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns for items that are not in their original condition or packaging. We recommend that you keep your Farfetch box and packaging until you have decided whether or not you will be keeping the Item.
How will I be refunded by Farfetch?
Here at Farfetch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund on orders returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will keep you updated at every stage. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How Long do Farfetch refunds take?
Refunds are credited to the original method of payment within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Please note that your bank may take 3-5 working days to process the refund. If you return items from multiple orders, we’ll process each return and issue a separate refund for each order.
Can you return an online purchase to the Farfetch store?
At Farfetch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item free of charge. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
To process a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our Client Services team at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. Please include your order number, full name, and the item you wish to return in the email.
- Once you have received your RMA number and shipping label, securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend that you insure the package as we are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
- Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding any original shipping charges) to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification when this has been done

Does Farfetch Accept returns through the mail?
At Farfetch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return items. We accept returns through the mail for items that were purchased on FARFETCH.com. If you would like to initiate a return through the mail, please contact our Client Services team and they will provide you with further instructions.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. We also do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
