What is Halara’s Return Policy?
Here at Halara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from halara.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original ship date.
Used merchandise may be returned for a full refund if it is defective. All refunds will be made to your original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To return an item purchased from halara.com, please follow the instructions below:
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories with your return.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- To avoid a restocking fee, please do not mark or deface the original manufacturer’s packaging in any way.
- Include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number, and the RMA Number on it along with a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange request. Packages without an RMA Number will incur delays in processing. Please DO NOT put your RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box as this may result in members of our receiving department having access to this information as they process parcels for mailing each day. Your privacy is important to us!
- We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment if sent by any other method other than these carriers. For items returned due to our error (damaged, defective), we will reimburse you fully for return shipping charges incurred provided that you use ground service within the contiguous United States (UPS Ground Service or Insured Parcel Post only). We regret that we are unable to reimburse you for expedited shipping charges incurred when returning items since these shipping charges were never incurred by Halara.

How Long Do I have to Return an Item to Halara?
At Halara, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipped date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To return an item please follow these steps:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box with the original packing slip and invoice.
- Securely seal the box and affix the pre-paid UPS return label included with your shipment to the outside of the shipping box.*
- Drop it off at any UPS location or give it to your UPS driver.
- You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your return.
*If you do not have a pre-paid UPS return label, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com to request one.
Does Halara Accept Returns Without a Receipt?
In order to get a refund or return without a receipt, you will need the credit card that was used to make the purchase. We can look up your purchase using the credit card number and refund you that way. If you do not have the credit card used, then we will not be able to process a refund or return.
Does Halara offer full refunds?
No, Halara does not offer full refunds for any items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the order date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on final sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I return an Item to Halara without the box or original package?
All products must be returned in their original condition, which includes any packaging and accessories that shipped with the product. If you are returning an item that included a free promotional item, both items (the purchased product and the free promotional item) must be returned.
In some cases, we may allow a return of an item that is not in its original packaging or condition. For instance, we may permit the return of certain computer software, games, and DVDs that have been opened (proof of purchase required), as well as certain music CDs which have been opened (proof of purchase required).
Merchandise must be complete with all components and packing materials. If applicable, shrink-wrap must be unbroken; promo codes must not have been redeemed, and digital items or voucher codes must remain unused.
How will I be refunded by Halara?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Halara, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the order date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund and notify you via email within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your statement.
How Long do Halara refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days from the time the return is received. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Can you return an online purchase to the Halara store?
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you paid for your order with a gift card, we will issue a new gift card in the amount of the credit.
