What is Journeys Return Policy?
Journeys now offer FREE Returns in Stores and by Mail for items purchased online! You have 60 days from the time you receive your order to return merchandise purchased from Journeys.com.
In-Store Return Policy: You may return items to any Journeys store location. Please remember to bring your packing slip (or gift receipt) and the credit card you used for the original purchase.
By Mail Return Policy: If you are not able to make it into a store, don’t worry, we will still accept your return by mail. To begin your return, please click here and follow the instructions on the screen.
How Long Do I have to Return an Item to Journeys?
Journeys offers a 45-day return policy for most items, as well as a 60-day return policy for items purchased with a gift card. If 45 or 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item back to our store.
Does Journeys Accept Returns Without a Receipt?
Because it is a large chain store, they have a more lenient policy when it comes to returns without a receipt. You can return any item within 60 days of purchase as long as you have a valid ID. The refund will be processed as a store credit.
