Generally, you have up to three (3) days after receiving an item to request a return through the Mercari app or website. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a full refund. In some cases, Mercari may be able to provide a partial refund.
Does Mercari Accept Returns Without a Receipt?

Does Mercari offer full refunds?

At this time, we do not have any physical stores where you can return items. However, we do have a very easy and convenient return process for items that were purchased through our website or app.
To start a return, simply go to your Purchases page and select the item(s) you would like to return. Then, choose the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or Mercari Credit. Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll send you a shipping label that you can use to send the item back to us.
For items that are returned within our 14-day return window and are not damaged, defective, or different from what was described, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. For items that are returned outside of our return window or are damaged, defective, or different from what was described, we will issue Mercari Credit in the amount of the item’s current value.
