Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

We accept returns for Store Credit, Von Maur Gift Cards, or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will issue a Store Credit for the current selling price.

To return your online purchase, please follow these steps:

• Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging if possible (you may also use your own packaging). Please include all items originally shipped with your order form. If you do not have the packing slip/order form, please include a note with the following information:

• Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we do not provide shipping labels for returns/exchanges of online orders outside of Canada and Puerto Rico at this time; customers must provide their own return shipping labels when returning goods back to us from these locations.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item arrived damaged or if there was a packing error on our part.
