What is Windsor Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Windsor purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
To return merchandise, please follow these steps:
- Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have your packing slip or invoice, please include your order number, billing last name, and zip code on a separate sheet of paper so that we may easily identify your order.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).

How Long Do I have to Return an Item to Windsor?
You can return most items sold by Windsor within 14 days from the date your order is delivered to you. If you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact customer service as soon as possible to initiate a return. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) back to us. Certain items have different policy guidelines due to special circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached. All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival before a refund is processed. Shipping and handling charges are non–refundable; we do not issue refunds for these charges.
Does Windsor Accept Returns Without a Receipt?
If you have your original sales receipt, we will refund the purchase price of the item in the original form of tender. If you do not have your original sales receipt, store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item. All clearance and final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged.
