What is Finish Line’s Return Policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy for most items unless noted otherwise on the product detail page. Items must be in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If an item you received is defective, we will happily issue a refund or exchange. If you would like to make a return, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
How Long Do I have to Return an Item to Finish Line?
You can return merchandise purchased online to Finish Line stores within 45 days of the order’s ship date. You will need to bring a copy of your packing slip (the shipping label serves as your packing slip) or order number with you when you go.
If you don’t have either of those handy, our team members can look up your order in our system based on the credit card you used to make the purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a valid form of ID so that we can verify that the purchase was made by you and not someone else.
Does Finish Line Accept Returns Without a Receipt?
At Finish Line, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise within 60 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a Finish Line return form and proof of purchase.
