What is Cat and Jack’s Return Policy?

At Cat and Jack, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ll try to make it right- whether that means exchanging your item or giving you a refund. You have up to 90 days after your item was sold to return or exchange it, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

To make a return or exchange, you will need the order number from your original purchase as well as a photo ID. If you don’t have your order number, call our customer service and they will be able to help you out.

At Cat and Jack, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 60 days of the date of purchase and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on final sale items, food items, or monogrammed items. We also cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. When returning an item, please include the packing slip from your shipment and indicate the reason for the return.

3. To complete your return using our prepaid shipping label, go to our Returns Center to print out a pre-paid mailing label. Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any USPS location.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
